Article 10.--NAMING AND MARKING OF HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES

      68-1057.   Designation of part of K-99 as The Road toOz.From the junction of United States highway 36 with K-99,south on K-99 highway to the junction of K-99 and interstate highway 70, ishereby designated as "The Road to Oz." The secretary of transportation shallplace signs along the highway right-of-way at proper intervals to indicatethat the highway is "The Road to Oz," except that such signs shall not beplaced until the secretary has received sufficient moneys from gifts anddonations to reimburse the secretary for the cost of placing such signs. Thesecretary of transportation may accept and administer gifts and donations toaid in obtaining and installing suitable signs.
