      68-1136.   Same; use for construction, reconstruction andapproaches.When a sufficient fund has been created by the annual tax levyauthorized by K.S.A. 68-1135, and amendments thereto, or at any time after thefirst levy has been made, the board of county commissioners may makeexpenditures from the special bridge fund for the purpose ofconstruction and reconstruction of bridges and culverts and the approaches thereto.
