      68-1403.   Same; issuance of bonds.In order to pay for the reconstruction, improvement, removal orrelocation of any bridge and approaches thereto, provided for in this act,the board of county commissioners of such counties shall be and are herebyauthorized and empowered, for and on behalf of such counties, to issuenegotiable bonds of such counties as provided by law. Such bonds and theinterest thereon shall be paid by a general tax levied upon all the taxableproperty of the county.
