      68-1905.   Frontage roads.The highway authorities, in order to carry out the purposes andprovisions of this act, are authorized to design, designate, establish,regulate, vacate, alter, improve, construct, and maintain frontage roadsand to exercise the same jurisdiction thereof as is authorized overcontrolled access facilities under this act, and such frontage roads shallbe separated from the controlled access facility as may be deemed properand necessary by the respective highway authorities.
