      68-2022.   Same; reimbursement of secretary of transportation.The Kansas turnpike authority is hereby authorized to contract for theservices as set out in K.S.A. 68-2021, which contracts shallprovide, on behalf of the Kansas turnpike authority as follows: (1) Thatit shall reimburse the secretary of transportation out of the proceedsof the sale of bonds for any such project or, from any other fundsavailable for the purpose, the amount so expended by the secretary onsaid particular project for such services rendered prior to the sale ofsuch turnpike revenue bonds, and (2) it shall pay to the secretary oftransportation, as billed by the secretary, all charges made for suchservices done and rendered as a part of or necessary to the constructionof such project.
