68-2026. Same; agreements as to personnel assigned to policefacilities; cooperation.Such contracts or agreements shall state the number and rank of thetroopers and officers which are to be assigned to police such toll orturnpike facilities but the Kansas turnpike authority shall have theright to prescribe the number and rank of such troopers and officersrequired. All personnel assigned to police toll or turnpike facilitiesshall be subject to the control and supervision of the Kansas turnpikeauthority. The troopers and officers assigned to toll or turnpikefacilities may cooperate with the state highway patrol in policing thevarious highways of the state and the members of the state highwaypatrol who are not assigned to toll or turnpike facilities may cooperatewith the Kansas turnpike authority in policing any toll or turnpikefacility.
