      68-2029.   Same; act supplemental to other laws.The provisions of this act are hereby declared to be supplemental to butnot amendatory to the terms and provisions of sections 68-2001 to68-2020, both sections inclusive, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, andarticles 20a and 20c of chapter 74 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated andany amendments thereto.
