68-20,113. Contracts between Kansas turnpike authority and thesecretary of transportation or any other public instrumentality or publicbody corporate or any combination thereof.The authority is hereby authorized and directed to enter into contractsor agreements with the secretary of transportation, or any other publicinstrumentality, or public body, corporate, or any combination thereof, toprovide for administration and services in connection with the design,construction, land and property acquisition, and the operation, maintenanceand repair of any highway project, or projects, built or proposed to bebuilt by the authority under the provisions of this act. This section shallauthorize the Kansas turnpike authority, the secretary of transportation,or any other public instrumentality, to enter into such contract.
