Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART III.--MISCELLANEOUS Article 21.--DUTIES AND LIABILITIES DURING REPAIR OR IMPROVEMENTS

      68-2107.   Same; penalties.Any personfailing, neglecting or refusing to comply with the provisions of this act,and for which a specific penalty is not provided in this act, shall bedeemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall befinednot less than $10 nor more than $100,or imprisoned for not less than 10 days nor more than90days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
