      68-2211.   Agreements with the United States authorized.The secretary of transportation is hereby authorized to enter intoagreements with the United States secretary of commerce as provided bytitle 23, United States code, relating to the control of junkyards in areasadjacent to the interstate and the primary systems, and to take action inthe name of the state to comply with the terms of any such agreement.
