68-2213. Denial, suspension or revocation of certificate ofcompliance; hearing; judicial review.The secretary of transportation may deny the application of any personfor a certificate of compliance under this act and maysuspend or revoke a certificate of compliance issued orrefuse to issue a renewal thereof.Orders under this section, and proceedings thereon, are subject to theprovisions of the Kansas administrative procedure act and aresubject to review in accordance with the act for judicial review andcivil enforcement of agency actions.
