Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART III.--MISCELLANEOUS Article 22.--HIGHWAY BEAUTIFICATION

      68-2242.   Removal of signs subject to availability of federal funds. Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, no sign shall beremoved or subject to removal if the federal share of the just compensationto be paid upon removal of such sign is not available to make such payment.
