68-2308. Same; rights of bondholders.The resolution authorizing the issuance of highway bonds under theprovisions of this act may provide that a specified number of holders ofsuch bonds, or any of the coupons appertaining thereto, either at law or inequity, by suit, action, mandamus or other proceedings, may protect andenforce any and all rights under the laws of the state or granted hereunderor under the resolution or resolutions authorizing the issuance of suchbonds, and may enforce and compel the performance of all duties required bythis act or by such resolution to be performed by the secretary oftransportation or by any officer thereof or of the state, including theapplication of moneys in the state freeway fund to the payment of theprincipal, interest and redemption premiums on bonds issued under this act.
