68-2330. Bonds deemed securities; acquisition and deposit.The bonds issued by the secretary of transportationunder the provisions of this act are hereby made securities in which allpublic officers and public bodies of the state and its politicalsubdivisions, all insurance companies, trust companies, bankingassociations, investment companies, savings and loan associations,executors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries may properly andlegally invest funds, including capital in their control or belonging tothem. Such bonds are hereby made securities which mayproperly and legally be deposited with and received by any state ormunicipal officer or any agency or political subdivision of the state forany purpose for which the deposit of bonds or other obligations of thestate is now or may be hereafter authorized by law.
