      68-402f.   Fees charged counties by secretary oftransportation on certain federal road and bridge projects.Whenever any federal act or the regulation by any federalagency shall require that the secretary of transportation shall performengineering services in connection with a federal aid project pertaining to theconstruction or reconstruction of any county road or bridge, the secretaryshallnot charge the county a fee for such engineering services which exceeds anamount equal to 10% of the county's share of the construction cost of suchproject.
