68-405. County and township officers to furnish information tosecretary of transportation, when; federal-aid contract requirements.It is hereby made the duty of the boards of county commissioners, countyclerks, county engineers and the members of the township boards of highwaycommissioners, to furnish detailed information concerning the roads,bridges and culverts under their control, to the secretary oftransportation upon the secretary's written request and upon the blankforms supplied by the secretary, and boards of county commissioners arehereby authorized to enter into all contracts and agreements with thesecretary as required by the federal aid act.
