      68-422.   Erection of signs and markers.The secretary of transportation is authorized to adopt and erect uniformmarking guides and warning signs for identifying various routes on thestate highway system. The secretary is authorized to remove any and allbillboards or signs located within the limits of the right-of-way of statehighways which bear advertising of any kind or character.
