      68-522.   Itemized bills for county road work, construction orrepairs.All bills for county road work, tile and tiling, culvert and bridgeconstruction, or for repairs designated by the county engineer, shall befiled in itemized form and certified to as correct by the countyengineer before being allowed by the board, and before warrants inpayment therefor are drawn.
