Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

      68-523.   Township board of highway commissioners.The township trustee, clerk and treasurer of each municipaltownship in this state shall constitute the township board of highwaycommissioners for their respective townships. The township trustee shallbe the chairman and the township clerk shall be the clerk of thetownship board of highway commissioners.
