Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES
PART I.--ROADS
Article 5.--COUNTY AND TOWNSHIP ROADS

      68-539.   Reports of the township clerk.It shall be the duty of the township clerk to make a full itemizedsigned statement to the county engineer of the work accomplished and theamounts expended upon the township roads and culverts during each calendaryear. Said report shall include all work done by the township, the amountof money spent and how expended, and all other information provided for onthe annual report blank forms furnished by the secretary of transportation.Said report shall be submitted to the county engineer within fifteen (15)days after the close of each calendar year. All reports shall be made onthe standard forms prescribed by the secretary.
