Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 7.--IMPROVEMENT OF ROADS IN BENEFIT DISTRICTS

      68-705.   Supervision of benefit-district roadwork.All work done and materials furnished shall be under the supervision andinspection of the county engineer or licensed professional engineeremployed by the county andshall be in conformity with the plans and specifications and the contract. Theacceptance of any work or material by such engineer shallnotbind the county nor excuse the contractor for failure to comply with suchcontract. No changes shall be made except by written contract with theboard of county commissioners.
