Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 7.--IMPROVEMENT OF ROADS IN BENEFIT DISTRICTS

      68-712.   Application to similar projects previously authorized.The provisions of this act shall apply in all cases where theimprovement of a highway had been petitioned for under the provisions ofLaws 1909, chapter 201 [*], or under the provisions of chapter 265 [*],Laws of Kansas of 1917, but which projects had not been completed prior tothe taking effect of this act. This act shall apply to all petitionsheretofore signed, but not filed or granted under the provisions of thelaws amended by this act.
