Chapter 68.--ROADS AND BRIDGES PART I.--ROADS Article 7.--IMPROVEMENT OF ROADS IN BENEFIT DISTRICTS

      68-714a.   Reconstruction or reimprovement of roads permanentlyimproved under 68-701 to 68-714.When the permanent improvement of a road or roads was brought about orcaused to be done by the benefit district plan and as provided inK.S.A. 68-701 to 68-714, any such roador roads may be reconstructed or reimproved by petition filed, astherein provided with the board of county commissioners of any countywhere such road or roads may be located, and said statutes and themethods and procedure therein set forth are hereby made applicable tothe reconstruction or reimprovement of any such road or roads, and anysuch road or roads may be reconstructed or reimproved in the samemanner and by the methods set forth in said statutes.
