Chapter 70a.--SAND AND GRAVEL Article 1.--SAND AND GRAVEL

      70a-104.   Same; actions to protect state property.It shall be the duty of the attorney general, or any county attorney ondirection of the governor, to bring any suit necessary or proper to protectthe property rights of the state under this act; and any district court ofcompetent jurisdiction may enjoin any violation of this act, and may awardto the state adequate civil damages for any breach thereof.
