Chapter 70a.--SAND AND GRAVEL Article 1.--SAND AND GRAVEL

      70a-107.   Same; enforcement of act.The director of taxation is authorized and empowered to call to his or herassistance in the administration of this act all county and townshipofficers, and it is hereby made the duty of every such officer to aid inthe enforcement of this act.
