Chapter 70a.--SAND AND GRAVEL Article 1.--SAND AND GRAVEL

      70a-109.   Same; construction and validity.This act shall be liberally construed to promote its object and if anycompetent court shall adjudge any provision thereof to be unconstitutionalsuch judgment shall not affect the other provisions of this act.
