      71-1106.   Same; certification of order establishing.The order establishing any new community college shall becertified to the election officer or officers of the county or countiesin which any part of the territory of the community college islocated, and to the board of education of any sponsoring school district,and a copy of such order shall be filed in the records of the state board.
