      71-1305.   Same; certification of election results; state board's orderof establishment.Before any consolidated community college district is finallyapproved under article 13 of chapter 71 of Kansas Statutes Annotated theresults of the election shall becertified by the responsible county election officer in accordance withthe determination of the county board of canvassers of such county tothe state board, and if such election was favorable to consolidation ofthe school districts, it shall issue an order establishing the newcommunity college district. Such order shall describe theboundaries thereof.
