Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES Article 14.--COMMUNITY COLLEGE ELECTIONS

      71-1409.   Election for approval of change.Upon the determination of the county election officer that a validpetition has been filed as provided herein, an election shall be called andheld upon the proposition as provided herein and if the proposition isapproved the method of election or voting plan or both shall be changed asprovided in the plan of change voted upon at such election.
