71-1416. Correlation with other local elections.Primary and general elections of members shall be conducted jointly withother local elections insofar as is practicable. Any officer or boardhaving responsibility for any other local election held on the date of aprimary or general election of members shall cooperate with the electionofficer, and if a difference arises which cannot be agreed upon,determination of the difference shall be made by the election officer,unless such difference involves a question the determination of which isprovided by law to be made by the secretary of state, in which case thedetermination shall be made by the secretary of state. Any determination ofa difference made by the officer responsible under this section shall beconclusive.
