Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES Article 15.--MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

      71-1508.   Motorcycle driver safety; fund, sources,use; state entitlements for courses disallowed.(a) There is hereby established in every community collegeconducting a motorcycle driver safety course a fund which shall becalled the motorcycle driver safety fund. The motorcycledriversafetyfund shall consist of all moneys deposited therein or transferred theretoaccording to law. Allmoneys received by community colleges from distributions made from themotorcycle safety fund and from tuition, fees or chargesfor motorcycle driver safetycourses shall be credited to the motorcycle driver safety fund. The expenses ofcommunity colleges directly attributable to motorcycle driver safety coursesshall be paid from the motorcycle driversafety fund.

      (b)   No amount of the state entitlement of acommunity college shall be based upon amotorcycle driver safety course conducted by the community college.
