71-1509. Truck driver training courses at community colleges; establishingtruck driver training course fund.(a) There is hereby established in every community collegeconducting a truck driver training course a fund which shall be called the"truck driver training course fund." The truck driver training course fundshall consist of all moneys deposited therein or transferred theretoaccording to law. All moneys received by community colleges fromdistributions made from the truck driver training course fund and fromtuition, fees or charges for truck driver training courses shall becredited to the truck driver training course fund. The expenses of communitycolleges directly attributable to truck driver training courses shall bepaid from the truck driver training course fund.
