      71-1602.   Same; sickness, bodily injury, accidental death; authorizationto purchase.The board of trustees of any community college may purchaseinsurance contracts to insure against loss resulting from sickness orbodily injury or death by accident, on the part of students who areinjured on college premises, or during college sponsored activities.
