Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES Article 2.--ORGANIZATION, POWERS AND FINANCES OF BOARDS OF TRUSTEES

      71-218.   Same; evaluation documents; presentation toemployee; acknowledgment; limited availability.Whenever any evaluation is made of an employee, the writtendocumentthereof shall be presented to the employee, and the employee shall providewrittenacknowledgment of such presentation. At any time not later than two weeks aftersuchpresentation, the employee may respond thereto in writing. Except by order of acourt ofcompetent jurisdiction, evaluation documents and responses thereto shall beavailable only to theevaluated employee, the board, the appropriate administrative staff membersdesignated by theboard, the community college attorney upon request of the board,theboard and the administrative staff of any community college to which suchemployee applies foremployment, and other persons specified, in writing, by the employee to theemployee's board.
