Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES Article 3.--OUT-DISTRICT AND STUDENT TUITION

      71-301.   Student tuition.The board of trustees shall charge toand collect from each studenttuition at rates per credit hour enrolled which shall be established by theboard of trustees.In addition to tuition, the board of trustees may charge to and collect fromeach student fees at rates which shall be established by the board oftrustees.
