Chapter 71.--SCHOOLS--COMMUNITY COLLEGES
Article 5.--CAPITAL OUTLAY

      71-501a.   Capital outlay fund; establishment; sources.There is hereby established in every community collegeof the state a fund which shall be called the capital outlay fund, whichfund shall consist of all moneys deposited therein in accordance withlaw. The proceeds of any tax levied under K.S.A. 71-501, andamendments thereto, shall be deposited in the capital outlay fund of thecommunity college makingsuch levy. Any proceeds derived from the sale of oil or gas or other mineralsby a community college may be deposited in the capital outlay fund of thecommunity college. To the extent that any other statute conflicts withthis section, this section shall control.
