      71-508.   Validity of prior tax levies and bonds not affected.This act shall not in any manner be construed as affectingthe validity of any tax levies authorized to be made under article 5 ofchapter 71 of Kansas Statutes Annotated prior to the effective date of thisact, nor shall this act in any manner be construed as affecting thevalidity of any bonds issued or authorized to be issued under article 5 ofchapter 71 of Kansas Statutes Annotated prior to the effective date of this act.
