      71-609a.   Same; disallowed for courses and programstaught under certain agreements.No amount of the stateentitlement of a communitycollege shall be based upon any courseor program if such course or program is taught in an area vocationalschool, an area vocational-technical school, or a technicalcollege under an agreement withsuch community college and forwhich payments of state or federal moneys are made to the areavocational school, the area vocational-technical school, orthetechnical college under theprovisions of article 44 of chapter 72 ofKansas Statutes Annotated.
