Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 12.--HEARING TESTING

      72-1206.   Forms and records.The board of education providing basic hearing screening in accordance withthe provisions of this act shall furnish such forms, records and other materialsapproved or prescribed by the state board of education as may benecessary to carry out the provisions of this act and the act of which thissection is amendatory.
