Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 13.--TEACHERS' LICENSES

      72-1370a.   Teacher licenses; use of certainterms.Whenever a statute, contract or other document, uses orrefers to the words or phrases "certification as a teacher," "certifiedemployee of a school district," "certified personnel of a school district" orwords and phrases of like effect such use or reference shall be deemed to mean"licensure as a teacher" or "licensed employee of a school" or "licensedpersonnel of a school district".
