Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 13.--TEACHERS' LICENSES

      72-1389.   Signature and registration oflicenses.Before a teacher'slicense is issued, it shall be signed byappropriate personnel of the state department of education designated bythe state board of education and such licenses shallbe registered inthe state department of education. Nothing in this act shallinvalidate a certificate or license issued prior to July 1, 2005.
