Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 13.--TEACHERS' LICENSES

      72-1392.   Student teaching licenses; contractsfor studentteachers; cost.The board of education of any school district may enter into contractswith colleges and universities for the use of student teachers in thepublic schools. The state board of education, by rules and regulations,shall provide for the issuance of student teachinglicenses and mayauthorize persons holding such student teachinglicenses to assumeresponsibilities of teachers in schools within limitations prescribed bythe state board. Student teaching licenses shall beissued without thecharge of any fee or cost by the state board of education.
