Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 13.--TEACHERS' LICENSES

      72-1393.   Prohibition from adoption of certain rulesand regulations concerning licensure of administrators, teachers or instructorsor conditions of employment at two-year colleges or community juniorcolleges.The state board of education is hereby prohibited from adopting rulesand regulations which require licensure ofadministrators, teachers orinstructors in any communitycollege or which require any such administrators, teachers or instructorsto meet any other conditions for qualification for employment in any suchcommunity college.
