72-1766. Same; employees unable to qualify exempt from assessment;authority of board of education.After said retirement fund shall be created by said board of educationof such city, the salaries of all school employees shall be subject toassessments according to the provisions of this act: Provided, Noassessments shall be made against the salary of any school employeeemployed by the board of education at the time this act takes effect whowill be unable to qualify for a school annuity under the provisions of thisact. The board of education shall be authorized and directed to furnishinformation and a copy of the annual audit of the retirement fund toauthorized representatives of the school employees, and to make salary andwage deductions.
