Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 17.--SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

      72-1785.   Same; fund kept separate; disbursement.It is hereby made the duty of the treasurer of the board of education ofsuch city to keep any fund arising under the provisions of this act as aseparate fund for such employees, and to disburse the same in accordancewith the instructions and orders of the board of education of such city.
