Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 17.--SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

      72-1786.   Same; employee defined.The term "employee" as used in this act shall include all personsemployed regularly in the conduct of the schools of said city, asdetermined by the rules and regulations of said board of education, butshall not include temporary employees, or any persons participating in anyother pension plan, whether operated by said board of education or anyother public body.
