Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 17.--SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

      72-1789.   Same; disbursement and investment of fund.Such a retirement fund when thus created and maintained, or so muchthereof as shall be necessary, shall be disbursed in the mannerhereinafter set forth. And any surplus of the fund not needed forimmediate disbursement shall be invested by the board of education ofsuch school district acting as trustees of such fund as provided inK.S.A. 72-17,125.
