Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 17.--SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

      72-1798.   Same; retirement funds under 72-1726 to 72-1734 and72-1780 to 72-1787.All retirement funds heretofore operating under K.S.A. 72-1726 to72-1734, inclusive for cities of thefirst class, and all retirement funds heretofore operating underK.S.A. 72-1780 to 72-1787, inclusive for cities of the first class havinga population ofmore than 60,000 and less than 90,000, shall hereafter be continuedunder and governed by the terms of this act.
