Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 17.--SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

      72-17,104.   Same; teacher and other public school employee defined.In construing this act, the word teacher shall include all members ofthe teaching staff regularly employed by the board of education of suchcity, which shall include superintendents, supervisors, and assistants tothe superintendent of instruction, principals and teachers. Other publicschool employees shall include engineers, janitors, nurses, doctors,clerks, secretaries, stenographers, and librarians, and all other employeesregularly employed by the board of education of such city.
