Chapter 72.--SCHOOLS Article 17.--SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT SYSTEMS

      72-17,130.   Same; reports; monthly records.Each board of education shall establish the requirements and procedurefor reporting any and all activity relating to investment functionsprovided for in this act, in order to prepare a record monthly of theinvestment income and changes made during the preceding month. The recordshall reflect a detailed summary of investment, reinvestment, purchase,sale and exchange transactions, showing the dates thereof, the prices paidand obtained, the names of the dealers and such other information as theboard of education may consider advisable to reflect a true accounting ofthe investment activity of the retirement fund.
